Benefits :Camber Corporation is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Regional Property Manager. This position offers a wide variety of different responsibilities in order to support our office and Property Management Team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
Responsible for residents request, concerns and comments.
Updates and maintains all marketing sites for all locations
Training staff as-needed on or off site.
Maintains updates for Yardi and assists the team with any questions or concerns
Maintains Accounting Ledgers
Review commission spreadsheet to confirm accuracy
Handles AMEX reconciliation monthly
Maintains property monthly calendars for the team
Review, approve, and train team on security deposit disposition report. (SODA)
Updates Policy & Procedure books (property level) (as needed)
Prepare and maintain updates for all Safety Books on-site
Coordinate with accounting for any invoice or documentation request
Handle bank deposits as needed for payment collection
Assist at other properties as assigned
Requirements include but are not limited to the following :
Bachelors Degree preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software. Yardi experience is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum experience 3 to 5 years in property management
