Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking the position of DevOps Middleware Engineer (multiple positions) in Atlanta, GA.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Implement, integrate, and provide support for middleware software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment;
• Install, configure, automate, and support middleware solutions;
• Configure and tune application server parameters for optimal system performance;
• Plan capacity of middleware platforms and implement capacity increases as needed;
• Document designs, configurations, and work plans;
• Coordinate middleware tasks with systems that use middleware and were built using SpringBoot, and AMQ;
• Engage with software engineering (development), network, infrastructure, DBA, and business stakeholders to design, implement and support the applications.

Basic Qualifications :

Position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or in a related occupation.

Experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following :

• Configuration management and automation tools : Ansible, Bamboo, GitHub, Jenkins;
• Executing scripts and performing troubleshooting on Linux and Unix;
• Apache, Bash, DevOps, J2EE, JVM, SpringBoot, IBM MQ / AMQ, and WebSphere.

This position is with Elavon, Inc., a U.S. Bank company.

Teams may work from home and the office. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range : $127,504.00 - $140,100.00.
