Seeking an experienced Controller with a background in functional accounting, cost accounting, and monthly GL responsibilities for a local Berks County manufacturing company.
On-site role at our facility in Morgantown, PA
Our client, an American manufacturer of overhead material handling systems, fall protection systems, manual cable, and web strap come along ratchet winch hoists is looking for an experienced Controller to join the Finance team.
You would be joining a growing company with over 70 years of history in Berks County and a brand new vision for the future.
If you have the background and ability to manage
- Functional Accounting Operations
- Payroll (ADP)
- Monthly GL accountability
- Monthly Financial Statement & Balance Sheet
- Operational Reporting and Ad Hock Reporting
- Fixed Assets, Leases, Insurance, and Healthcare
- Inventory Integrity, and ERP Accountability
- Cost Management; Goods, Labor, Pricing
- Good understanding of Manufacturing operations
then this is the position for you!
If you possess 7 plus years of progressive Accounting experience in a Manufacturing operation and have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field we would love to hear from you.
You must be able to be a team player and lead a team with a collaborative style and grace. Your time will be spent balancing between upper-level management and daily accounting operations.
Your skills and understanding in Manufacturing will set you apart. ERP experience with Made2Manage systems and ADP Payroll operations are a plus.
