Job Description :

My Gym is currently hiring a children’s fitness coach / instructor. In addition to teaching our amazing curriculum, you will be responsible for basic sales, admin and cleaning - we are known for being the cleanest facility in town! We are specifically looking for a go getter who is interested in growing their talents with us to become a long term, integral member of our team.

As a teacher, you’ll be working with children ranging from 4 months to 10 years of age, teaching programs that incorporate songs, dances, puppet shows, beginning gymnastics skills, sports, games, and a variety of other unique and exciting activities in a positive, noncompetitive, fun environment.

Position Requirements :

• Ability to work up to 25+ hours per week, including weekends
• Highly energetic
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Experience working with children
• Background in fitness and / or theater (athletics, sports, dance, cheer, gymnastics, martial arts, or related field)
• Effective leadership and motivational skills
• Effective time management
• Adept sales skills
• Clean background check
• At least 18 years or older

Compensation :

• Starts at $16.50 per hour with a raise once training is complete and you are a Shift Lead, or depending on experience.
• Tips from birthday parties
• Party pay! Receive your hourly rate + tips + $25 per party once fully trained
