JOB DUTIES : Draft inspection reports, visual and dimensional, worksheets and non-compliance reports.
Monitoring welding and fabrication in-progress activity at workshop.
Monitor and maintain welder continuity record.
Verifying the appropriate WPS during fabrication.
Preparing the weld summary and NDE summary.
Coordinate with TPIs and ARAMCO VID to complete the job satisfactorily.
Coordinate with NDE crew and monitor the testing activity and review the results
Prepare logbook entries of on-site inspection findings.
Maintain and update databases and hard copies for inspection records and correspondence files.
Compile the MDB for the projects
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
A minimum of 4 years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Must have knowledge of ASNT NDT Level II-MT, RT and PT. CWI preferred, with a background in welding / Inspection.
Must have working knowledge of ASME Pressure Vessel / Piping / Structural codes and standards.
Ability to read and interpret customer specification and fabrication / assembly drawings
Must be proficient with spreadsheets, welding programs, and ACAD
Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to interact effectively with persons inside and outside of the company
Must have the ability to perform mathematical calculations related to dimensional checks
Must be able to work under stress
Must be able to handle multiple priorities
Must be able to process paperwork effectively
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Must be able to communicate effectively
Must be able to do unaccompanied travel
Must be able to tolerate shop environment and exposures associated with welding and industrial equipment manufacturing and apply appropriate safety equipment when required.
Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in company duties.
