Office Manager- *Handle office operations like scheduling, mail, office supplies, filing, expense reports, oversee any interns.

  • Help coordinate Assembly bill management, attend committee meetings, execute sign-on process for co-sponsor bill requests, coordinate press conferences and other events.
  • Schedule and meet with constituents, review materials, take notes and share with Assembly member or Legislative DirectorAdministrative Assistant - *Take meeting minutes *Answer phones and emails *Schedule appointments *assist with additional office tasks as neededAbility to Work Evening Hours, Ability to lead a team Com w / Exp Administrative & Clerical Experience, Attention to details Be proactive, Delegation ability, Flexible work hours Legislative Experience Preferred Management experience preferred, Operational Organizational Skills*Resumes should be sent to : resumerecruit@nyassembly.
