The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to staff and clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth operation of our IT systems.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities : Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Provide support for various operating systems and applications used within the organization. Maintain and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software. Assist in managing user accounts and permissions in various systems.
Collaborate with IT team members to identify and implement improvements to systems and processes. Provide training and guidance to staff on IT-related topics and best practices.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory and equipment. Qualifications : Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
