Hourly Rate : $27.72 - $39.60 per hour
Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. In this critical role, you will provide care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
You will work in a high-acuity environment with a focus on delivering excellent patient care, collaborating with a dedicated team, and making independent clinical decisions.
Your expertise will ensure patients receive exceptional care during challenging situations.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring privacy and confidentiality at all times
Provide education to patients and families on medications and treatment plans
Deliver high-focus care in the CVICU with a commitment to continuous improvement
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and manage treatments autonomously
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Qualifications :
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in State or able to obtain licensure before starting
Minimum of 1 year of recent CVICU acute care RN experience required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
CCRN certification preferred or must be obtained within 2 years
NIHSS stroke certification required within 30 days of hire
