Job Title : Application Program Manager or Specialist Location : Remote Duration : 6 months+ extension Duties : The duties of an Application Program Manager or Specialist include, but are not limited to : Develop understanding of the business environment and use that understanding to make informed decisions and drive results;
- Define program goals and objectives, and align them with the organization's strategy; Develop project plans and schedules, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets;
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs and projects on time and within budget; Manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed;
- Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management; Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure program and project goals are met;
- Ensure compliance with program management processes and standards; Provide on-going evaluation and improvements for program management processes and practices;
