Supply and replenish powder and refractory to all pressesRecord and maintain inventory transactions using CMS / ERP for proper control of powdersTransfer pressed parts along with Work Order Packets to kiln departmentRetrieve and transfer powder when powder supply levels are low.

Prepare the press for set-up, which may include draining hoppers or removing tools.Must be able to conduct physical testing of incoming powder, such as bulk density test, flow test, moisture test, and sieve testRetain parts and powder after testingKeep powder room and powder areas neat and orderlyCommunicate with other team members, written and / or verbally, issues concerning powder supply or general press machine functionsPrepare and set up materials needed for 2ndshiftOther non-essential duties may be assigned as necessaryFollow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair Rite is certifiedFollow all O.
