We are searching for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Schaumburg, Illinois. This is a hybrid opportunity.
Someone who is detail oriented and skilled in downloading / managing reports would be a great fit.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain precise records and update / enter information efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
- Monitor customer accounts regularly and take the necessary action when required.
- Utilize MS Office, MS Excel, and Microsoft Outlook for administrative tasks.
- Exhibit strong planning and organization skills, maintaining a focus on multi-tasking.
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and listening skills, fostering collaborative working relationships.
- Adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment.
- Take initiative and work independently, staying on task to meet expectations and deliver on commitments.
- Leverage your proven analytical skills to assess and respond to various situations.
- Proficiency in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience providing Customer Support, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in Administrative Assistance, including organizing, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and Microsoft Outlook, for managing data and communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining and retrieving data in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently, managing one's own time and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent education level.
- Compliance with all company policies and regulations.
