Glanbia Performance Nutrition is searching for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to c-suite and VP leaders.
You will report to the Director of Executive Administration and is a member of a best-in-class administrative team who play a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities for our leaders and the organization.
This position participates in Glanbia’s Smart Working principles and is required to be in the office at least 3 days a week (Downers Grove, IL) based on department and leadership needs.
Essential Functions
- Supports 3+ C-Suite / VP Level Executives across various parts of the organization
- Maintain executive’s heavy calendar schedules
- Support and coordinate onsite meetings / team events and team collaboration sessions.
- Coordinate travel (domestic and international)
- Expense report ownership and facilitation
- Liaison between the executives and outside clients, customers, and consumers
- Offsite meeting organization and facilitation when requested
- Proactive management of schedules and protecting the time of the executive and their team
- Manage special projects when requested that involve a high level of logistical thought and perform other industry standard executive assistant duties as assigned
- Maintain a high level of confidentially, professionalism and integrity across all levels of interaction.
- Be a supporting and collaborative member of the US based and international administrative teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative support including support of C-Suite Executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS and CoPilot)
- Experience in international and domestic travel coordination
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to continual change
