The Opportunity

Tradebe is searching for technology savvy candidates for the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure customer set-up, submission of invoices to our customers and posting of payments received in a timely manner.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Submit invoices to customers via email or portal.
• Apply cash payments to customer accounts.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries in the credit and collections email inboxes.
• Process new account information forms and set up in our system.
• Accept credit card payments for COD orders.
• Issue statements and dunning reminders to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Technology savvy
• Task management for a high number of customers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to take initiative and follow through
• Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required
