Herrmann Ultrasonics is hiring a Marketing Content and Design Associate for our North American headquarters in Bartlett, IL!
Immerse yourself in the innovative world of ultrasonic welding! Herrmann Ultrasonics designs and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens, and metals using ultrasonic vibrations.
This technology serves industries such as medical, electronics, food, and automotive. With nearly 800 global employees across 4 headquarters and 22 tech centers, we are represented in 20 countries worldwide.
Position Overview :
The Marketing Content and Design Associate will support our digital marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and lead generation for diverse business units.
This role may involve up to 20% travel and requires organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to effectively identify and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Development : Craft engaging, prospect-centric content based on Key Buying Factors for B2B audiences. Content sources will include interviews, industry articles, conferences, and expert insights.
- Digital Marketing Strategy : Utilize critical thinking to interpret Google Analytics and web traffic data, driving improvements in website performance and optimizing outbound email campaigns to increase leads and response rates.
- Content Calendar Execution : Develop and manage content calendars across various business units for webinars, email, and social media campaigns.
This involves content creation, design, and ongoing performance measurement to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
- Experience : 5 years in B2B marketing
- Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in digital writing and marketing strategies
- Experience with social media management platforms, such as Sprout Social
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Suite for designing graphics and videos
- Industry Knowledge : Preferred experience in manufacturing or engineering
- CRM Expertise : 3-5 years with systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or HubSpot
- Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication, with demonstrated success in creating engaging content for websites, white papers, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Work Environment : This is a fully onsite role based out of our Bartlett, IL location.
