We are excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate Sales Leader to be one of the first on the ground for FELFEL’s USA expansion, starting in the New York's tri-state area.

FELFEL is one of Europe’s most prominent FoodTech scale-ups, revolutionizing food at work. As the Head of Sales, you will guide our existing team to success and work closely with the Founder and the VP of Operations.

You will gain the trust of employee-friendly companies, encouraging them to use our food solutions to enhance workplace satisfaction.

You will lead growth efforts, navigate the sales process, and represent FELFEL at events and pitches. Your passion for good food will help convince decision-makers of the benefits of our service.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for creating a funnel of potential deals in the tri-state area and close the defined number of deals together with your team.
  • You are responsible for improving the journey of the US Sales funnel.
  • Leadership : you motivate your team and lead them effectively with clear communication and being a role model.
  • You maintain an overview of the market environment and continuously optimize the sales process for all FELFEL services.
  • You will work with the Founder on team strategy, improving processes and go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Independently prospect new business opportunities, including building your own referral networks with potential and current clients.
  • Data-driven leadership : Working closely with the CRM Manager, you will ensure data quality in our CRM and use KPIs to drive team performance and motivate team members.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have around 5 years of relevant professional experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • You have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and are goal-oriented in your approach.
  • You are KPI and data driven, analytical and entrepreneurial.
  • You live and breathe growth.
  • You are comfortable using a CRM as our single source of truth and for managing the performance of the sales team (we use Hubspot).

Salary Range : Base salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

For the state of New York, our good faith estimate range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 per year, excluding bonus and plus great benefits!
