Job Summary :
This position will manage pricing functions for US Government and Commercial proposals for Teledyne FLIR Defense in compliance with relevant regulations.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Oversee and coordinate commercial and government compliant responses to domestic / international RFP / RFI / ROM solicitations.
Direct and train the pricing team on tools to meet deadlines and milestones while following all internal policies and procedures.
Create and establish processes and procedures for compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs) while mapping to the established Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Perform gross margin analyses and what-if pricing scenarios all while working with cross functional teams.
Utilize SAP to upload pricelists across multiple business units within Teledyne FLIR for SOX compliance.
Assist with DCAA / DCMA / customer audit inquiries related to pricing.
Other responsibilities as identified by Manager.
Job Qualifications :
7+ years of relevant US Government and commercial pricing experience.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
Proficiency with US Government Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) regulations.
Expert in pricing build-ups and composing Cost Volumes.
Expert user in Excel and ProPricer.
Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.
S. Departments of State or Commerce.

Salary Range :
$118,800.00-$158,730.000
