Business Analyst 3
Location : Austin, TX (Need sometimes Onsite)

Description :
The Business Analyst reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. They formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
The Business Analyst is experienced with business process re-engineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective.
They are familiar with industry-standard business process mapping and re-engineering. They prepare solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost / benefit, ROI, buy / build, etc.
They writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
This Business Analyst may be involved at some level throughout the entire software development life cycle. Upon establishment of the requirements baseline, the focus is shifted towards the management of the requirements specifications and verifying the fulfillment of all requirements, including requirements for enhancements post-implementation.
Required Skills :
- Deriving requirements from interviews with customers and creating system requirements documents
- System Analysis and Design (including mockups and / or wireframes)
- Business Process Reengineering
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Development of user stories and use cases
- Collaborating with UX designers to develop mockups and wireframes for websites or online applications
- Designing and documenting reports

- Strong communication, writing, organization, and facilitation skills
- Expertise in Business Process Improvement
- Experience with Modern Requirements
- Experience with Atlassian Jira
