Description du poste :
Vos Challenges :
- Prendre les initiatives adaptées à la conquête de parts de marché dans votre zone commerciale, pour conforter et développer l'image de METRO auprès des clients.
- Manager vos équipes (35 à 400 collaborateurs) : intégrer, former, mobiliser, évaluer, développer et maintenir un climat social propice au commerce.
- Pérenniser votre exploitation : suivi et analyse de la performance (C.A, EBIT, Cash-flow, Satisfaction Client), mise en place d'actions adéquates, développement et optimisation des ressources confiées.
- Incarner la stratégie globale de l'entreprise et représenter l'enseigne auprès de l'ensemble des instances locales.
Votre Profil :
- Véritable commerçant, vous dirigez aujourd'hui un centre de profits, avez obligatoirement une expérience réussie dans la distribution comme directeur ou manager de départements.
- De niveau bac+3 / 5 et doté d'un véritable leadership, vous êtes force de proposition et avez démontré vos capacités à impacter, à décider.
- Vous souhaitez intégrer un environnement commercial stimulant, en constante évolution, où vos compétences professionnelles et vos qualités seront valorisées.
- Un anglais opérationnel serait un plus.
