Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a Marketing Strategy Director, Cloud and Service Providers in our Secure Power business, based in North America in one of our marketing hub locations.

This is a rewarding career opportunity for those with a primary focus on the advancing critical power and cooling solutions in non-IT applications, markets, and channels.

This position reports to the VP of Secure Power Global Marketing.

What will you do?

  • The Marketing Strategy Leader will focus on the creation of marketing strategy which support business growth priorities within the cloud and service provider segment (ex : hyperscale data centers, colocation providers, Telco, and data center ecosystem partners).
  • Analyze market, customer, and competitive actions with past results.
  • Deliver and deploy a global C&SP marketing campaign, inclusive of full SE offer with an omni-channel approach.
  • Collaborate with regional / country marketing teams to drive alignment and amplification of campaigns across all markets.
  • Work with sales leaders to understand regional challenges and act as a bridge between commercial and regional marketing teams for execution.
  • Work closely with program manager and other marcom experts to fee the campaign creation and content creation process.
  • Provide the necessary strategy and inputs, guidance and follow through to ensure the greatest return on marketing objectives and investment.
  • Act as a key stakeholder to our C&SP segment president.

  • Proven experience working in matrix and multicultural environment and working in diverse organizations
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills
  • Can grasp and add value to the leader's vision.

Who will you report to?

This position reports to the VP of Secure Power Global Marketing.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Education : BA (Required).
  • Experience : 7-10 years' experience in similar marketing role for IT or ET company.
  • Market, and Marketing data analytics.
  • English language proficiency - Bi / Multi-lingual preferred.
  • Facilitator, able to take advantage of the expertise in the team and put it in motion.
  • Available for quarterly domestic / regional / international travel.
