Job Summary :
As a Hardscape Foreman, you will be responsible for managing and executing hardscape installation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with design plans.
You will lead a crew, oversee job site operations, and handle project-related challenges. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hardscaping, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering top-quality results.

Qualifications :
- Attention to detail
- 2+ years of proven hardscape & machinery operation experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Ability to read landscape plans
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Industry knowledge relative to installation methods of pavers, retaining walls, boulder walls, stonework etc.
- Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
- DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Responsibilities include :
- Lead, supervise, manage, & participate in landscape projects from start to finish.
- Manage a team of 1-3 members, jobsite progress, and material.
- Ensure the successful installation of Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Fence, Drainage, etc.
- Ensure reasonable production schedules.
- Read and interpret blueprints, design plans, and layouts to ensure proper installation of materials.
- Understanding & delegate tasks.
- Provide direction & identifying needs on a jobsite.
- Ensure the performance of all responsibilities to company standards.
- Interact with supervisors and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects.
