We’re searching for a Vice President Director, Architect to help support complex client engagements and lead the development of marketing technology platforms on the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of solutions.
You’ll manage technical costs, resource requirements and project phases for team projects. You’ll promote technical best practices and technical strategies within your engineering teams with a focus on Adobe technologies.
Your Impact :
- Lead the Adobe Experience Cloud craft and practice within your client engagement, including setting policies and best practices.
- Manage process for AEC products within client engagements.
- Lead a cross-agency team of AEC technologists and experts, on-shore and off-shore.
- Provide leadership and guide the implementation and activation of AEC implementations; identify opportunities and provide recommendations for platform optimization.
- Stay current on latest Adobe marketing technologies, best-practices, and trends.
- Define and produce central engineering documents.
- Use architecture diagrams, data schemas and use cases.
- Well-versed in all phases of software engineering and all methodologies for project use, including Agile.
- Work with other capabilities to provide technical direction and efficiency.
- Prototype new ideas for applicability to project goals.
- Participate in new business pitches.
- Review and evaluate technical partnerships and vendors.
Minimum Requirements :
- Four-year degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 12+ years of work experience in the marketing technology, software or IT space.
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams.
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products (AEM, Analytics, Workfront, and Assets, others are a huge plus).
- Recent Adobe certifications.
- 2+ years of experience delivering enterprise omni-channel connected marketing solutions and experiences.
- Expertise with software development processes and conventions.
- Expertise with the latest front-end, back-end solutions.
- Identify project and team risks.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and new business efforts.
- Lead multiple simultaneous projects for multiple clients.
- Work within multiple project management methodologies, e.g., Scrum and Waterfall.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the major cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating custom software with 3rd party services through APIs.
- Experience with standard business software and industry-specific tools JIRA, Sketch, Zeplin, CI / CD, automated testing.
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) best-practices.
- Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g. CMS, DAM, CRM, CDP, Analytics, and Personalization).
- Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments about marketing technologies.
- Creative agency experience.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Adobe Multi-solution Architecture training and certification a huge plus.
- You should be open to travel.

Compensation Range : $130,000 - $219,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
