Job Title : Client Services / Hospitality Representative

Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm
Job responsibilities include :
- Front desk reception - answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors
- Reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups
- Maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings.
- Copy / mail room services, large print jobs
- Assisting attorney with trial binder prep
- Receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail / packages USPS / FEDEX, arrange messenger services.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests.
- Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook, strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
