• Job Description Review, draft, and negotiate supply, purchase, service, transportation, and related agreements for commercial transactions.
• Handle a wide variety of corporate and commercial projects.* Provide practical legal counsel and solutions to clients on business-related matters.
• Engage in significant client contact and work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Qualifications : *Qualifications 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience (M&A experience is a plus, but not required).
• Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp business concepts.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.* Admission to the South Carolina State Bar preferred (other state admissions considered if willing to become licensed in SC).
