Monday - Friday 8am to 5p,m.
Pay : $18 -19.00
Weekly Pay
DAY TO DAY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
This person will be doing data entry for shipments and / or reports.
Also, will be assisting with making courtesy calls to the drivers and / or carriers.
Confirming deliveries, load information, verifying rates, weights, and quantities.
Verifying all shipment information.
Verifies and organizes all received materials paperwork
Data entry of receiving documentation for inbound material
Compare packing lists to company purchase order to ensure that products in each delivery
Assigns internal lot numbers by using the approved spreadsheet file
Generates labels with identifying information
Ensures material receipt forms and other receiving paperwork is submitted to the Inventory
Adhere to the paperwork turnaround time set by the company
Communicates inventory discrepancies to the appropriate personnel and assists with the
investigation / correction of inventory discrepancies
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
Recent year or more of shipping / receiving clerk duties.
Qualifications
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Functional knowledge of warehouse environment
Must have proficient computer skills
Good math, language and reading skills
Experience with inventory control procedures
Ability to read and understand documents such as pick tickets, bills of lading, safety rules,
