Company Description

At Abercrombie & Fitch, the Experience Designer will play a key role in developing structural, future-state experience strategies that inspire and guide how A&F deliverers on the promise of a connected retail ecosystem across our portfolio of brands.

This highly collaborative individual will team-up across the enterprise to conceptualize end-to-end services grounded in data and insights that bridge physical, digital, customer, and associate interactions.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Team up across the enterprise to envision compelling, value focused experiences based on data, research, business objectives, and industry trends.
  • Bring future experiences to life through iterative prototyping that bridges digital and physical.
  • Summarize & visualize complex topics and information in a way that is simple, easy to understand.
  • Assist in workshop design and facilitation across functional teams, with the goal of asking the "right" questions to drive clarity around ambiguous topics.
  • Assist in documenting current, and defining future state ecosystems by blueprinting key journeys illustrating relationships between people, process, environment, and technology.
  • Assist in strategically collecting & synthesizing inputs across various disciplines across the organization.

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • 3 5 years experience in Experience Strategy, Service Design, or UX Design.
  • Expert in graphic design or information design.
  • Expert in visual prototyping across digital & physical.
  • Experience in workshop design & facilitation.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Experience in using data and insights to inform a strategic approach.
  • A passion for co-creation & collaborative work environments
  • Comfort in ambiguity.
  • A flexible approach in finding clarity across undefined, complex, and / or large topics.
  • Constant desire to make the complex, simple.
