Our client is seeking a General Manager - Foodservice to oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, scheduling, overseeing finances, and maintaining compliance with food safety laws, among other tasks.
They will collaborate with Senior Management to ensure the achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
Background / Experience :
Two years restaurant manager experience (preferred)
Strong financial acumen, including an understanding of P&Ls and COGs
Required food handler certification
Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
Responsibilities
