HR Additions has partnered with an aviation company in search of a Recruiter. This role is in office and doesn’t offer a remote work model at this time or in the future.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
- Communicate regularly with HR Support team to assess candidate pipeline / onboarding
- Processing applicants, new hire, and employee transactions through the human resources information system.
Qualifications :
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years of high volume recruiting preferably in airport facility maintenance.
- Experience with Paycom is required.
- This is NOT a remote position; Recruiter will be stationed at the assigned location.
