Mawson Infrastructure Group is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Project Manager to lead and oversee deployments of client AI / HPC data centers across our operating sites.

In this highly visible role, you will guide meaningful decisions and have direct exposure to senior management while driving the implementation of the company's key operational priorities.

The role will be Remote, with a preference for candidates within 1 hour of Pittsburgh, PA. This position requires frequent travel to our site in Midland, PA and potentially other locations as required.

Work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, may be needed.

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to implement and manage key project processes, focusing on planning, execution, and vendor management for AI and HPC infrastructure projects.

This role will report to the VP of Operations and be responsible for creating nimble and adaptable project management frameworks for the Company's business model, including project planning, infrastructure improvements, and team building.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining excellent client relationships and ensuring their needs are consistently met throughout the project lifecycle.

What will you own?

  • Development and execution of project plans for AI / HPC infrastructure, including upgrades, expansions, and new client installations.
  • Management of vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements and performance expectations.
  • Oversight of installation, startup, and commissioning processes for new clients, ensuring all site systems meet specifications.
  • Tracking and preparation of project status reports, including costs and timelines, for senior management.
  • Development and implementation of project management best practices and internal control procedures.
  • Monitoring and tracking of project budgets and timelines.
  • Evaluation and implementation of process improvements to enhance service offerings.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Collaboration with client engineering teams to address technical issues during installation.
  • Assistance with company operational goal setting and strategy.
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses to gain deeper insights into our business and help management scale, manage, and grow the business predictably and efficiently.
  • Coordinating and managing on-site activities during frequent travel to project locations.
  • Managing client communications throughout the project lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
  • Proactively identifying and addressing client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and project success.
  • Facilitating regular client meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships.

What you have :

The candidate is expected to have at a minimum these levels of competencies, or should be able to demonstrate an ability to develop them within an reasonable timeframe to satisfy the role :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Facilities Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, with a preference for experience in data center construction, operations, and / or project management with a focus on AI and HPC environments.
  • Experience with modular data center deployments preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of power, network, and facility infrastructure for data centers
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential; attention to detail is critical.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical and operational issues.
  • Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and get into the weeds to solve ambiguous and unanticipated problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert-level user of Project Management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Suite etc.
  • Ability to manage up and down to convey expectations and inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent client-facing skills with a proven track record of managing client relationships and expectations effectively.

Compensation : Full-time, Salary-Exempt - $125,000 - $145,000 (DOE)
