Immediate Opening for a Payroll Specialist
Location : Miami - Coral Gables
Schedule : M-F; 10-6 (open to discussing 8 : 30-5 : 30 if needed), in office
Salary : $60-$70,000 (will review up to $75,000 depending on level of experience)

Requirements :
- Multistate Payroll
- Paylocity highly preferred (but open to other ERP)
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Submittal of Multi-state payroll
- Review of time sheets accuracy and for garnishments etc.
- Bi-weekly and if needed off cycle
- Including any commissions and bonus
- Reconciling of various benefits invoices and managing the 401k
- Ensuring back up documentation is kept
- Update elections and status changes for employees; and set up new staff
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Preparing various reports for management
- Assist with process improvements and relating to software
