The Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in the day to administrative functions in the office, a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH.
This position oversees all administrative duties to support the Office Manager and the Officers of the company.
Responsibilities :
- General Office Support
- Management and organization of office supplies
- Data entry of various nature
- Creating invoices for customers
- Answer inbound calls and handling accordingly
- Record keeping and filing
- Any other duties needed to support the business
- Enter vendor invoicing
- Monthly QuickBooks reconciliation
Qualifications :
- 2-year degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of related administrative with some knowledge customer services and service-related work strongly preferred.
- Construction or contracting services experience strongly preferred
- Professional appearance and phone skills are essential.
- Ability to function independently in a multi-tasking environment
- Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
