UB Greensfelder LLP is seeking an associate to join our growing Real Estate Practice group. The position can be based in the Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, or St.

Louis office. Missouri, Illinois and / or Ohio law license will be a requirement.

Qualified Applicants Will Have :

• 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate law in a law firm setting required.
• Transactional experience in commercial real estate law, real estate transactions, leasing, lending, development and zoning is preferred.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
• Excellent analytical / problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
