Manager, DNA Client Tech Support
What does a great Manager, DNA Client Technical Support do at Fiserv?
As the Manager of DNA Client Technical Support, you will lead a dynamic team that provides exceptional support to our DNA financial institution clients.
Your role involves mentoring, managing workflows, ensuring quality service delivery, and overseeing the resolution of client support issues.
By fostering a client-oriented approach, you will drive the team towards excellence in client service.
What you will do :
- Manage a team of support associates for Fiserv’s financial products
- Lead client interactions with a focus on exceptional service delivery
- Serve as an escalation point for resolving client issues and supporting the team
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address complex issues
- Ensure timely resolution of client support needs through team management and scheduling
- Utilize technical troubleshooting skills to address operational problems
- On-call client rotation
What You Will Need To Have :
- Strong knowledge of the banking industry and Fiserv products
- 4+ years of team management experience
- Minimum of five years in financial services, with a focus on client services
- Ability to travel up to 15%

- Proficiency in client service systems and case management tools
- Outstanding leadership abilities to motivate and drive team performance
