PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for supervising and overseeing daily accounting operations. This position is Monday Friday 8AM-5PM and is located at our Corporate Office 560 E Memorial Rd.
Oklahoma City OK, 73114. The Supervisor reports directly to the Accounting Manager and supports all daily operations of the accounting team, primarily focusing on A / P related business, payment monitoring and expenditures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchase Order Reconciliation (3-way match).
- Purchase Order A / P Billing.
- Manage Accounts Payable Aging Report.
- Communicate with Vendors on inventory / invoice discrepancies etc.
- Reconcile company credit cards.
- Manage the weekly ACH run.
- Maintain up to date vendor statements
- Maintain up to date vendor records.
- Facilitate with Payroll processing.
- Freight Processing
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role will have an intermediate level of accounting knowledge related to reconciliations, purchase orders and accounts payable management and be extremely detail oriented.

- Computer proficient (Microsoft applications)
- Clear and professional communicator.
- High level of accuracy and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
- Associate’s degree in accounting required
- Minimum 5 Day 40-hour work week
- 3 years minimum accounting experience.
Pay Structure
50,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience)
