Technical Business Analyst

Join AZAD as a Technical Business Analyst and provide business analysis support to key business technology projects managed by the software development and IT operations organizations within an enterprise regional utility.

This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Portland, Oregon with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $59.00 - $64.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.

The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information / Computer Technology, Business Systems, Computer Technology or a related technical field is preferred.

8 years of experience is required with a Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields.10 years of experience is required with an Associate's Degree in applicable fields.

12 years of experience is required without a degree.10 years of demonstrated analyst experience using technical product life cycle concepts and requirements engineering, among other applied skills and knowledge is required.

Proven proficiency with MS Project Demonstrated proficiency with Visio.Proficiency with all other Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
