We are currently seeking a Technical Busienss Analyst to join our team in the western half of the United States. Working hours are PST.

Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of Microsoft 365 Intune for workstation.

Includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration.

Formulates and defines system readiness based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements.

Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost / benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the end-users. Teaches end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools

Required Skills :

Business Analysis-Application Knowledge-Implementation : 5+ years exp.

BA Certification

Preferred Skills : MicroSoft 365 exp.

MicroSoft 365 exp.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $110k to $125k.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance.
