A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to oversee and optimize sales processes and tools for improved team performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage contract processes, including drafting and legal reviews
Oversee staffing needs and resource requests for upcoming opportunities
Develop and maintain internal tools for pricing and manage Salesforce setup for client projects
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Experience with drafting and reviewing contracts and pricing for services
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sales enablement tools is a plus
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills
