Job Description
Are you a sales recruiter who has an impressive track record of sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent? If so, we are looking for you! You’ll work with our Growth & Development Team to find ideal candidates and work with the team to move the candidate through the recruitment process from start to finish.
The ideal applicant will have several years of experience leveraging multiple methods of candidate sourcing. If you love high-volume, full-cycle talent acquisition, relationship building, and are detail-oriented, please reach out to us today.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Growth & Development Team to follow our current five step recruiting process to qualify candidates
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process (candidate sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing, negotiating offers, and follow up) for the direct hire of qualified candidates
- Maximize outreach methods to job seekers, such as social media, job boards, and high-volume cold calling
- Create a pipeline of strong relationships with top talent, and maintain contact with passive candidates and prospects that may be a match in the future.
- Keep pristine and detailed communication records in the candidate tracking system (Salesforce).
Recruiter Qualifications
- SALES RECRUITING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred - high school diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Superb communication skills, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus but not required (training provided), MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools
Salary :
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
