Global RME Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Central Finance team. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys optimizing operational excellence through a strategic lens to mitigate future risk.
RME Finance Managers share ownership in end-to-end network FP&A support (MEC, Controllership and Operational Planning Cycles) for the Global RME Central team, global standardization and automation improvements, capital projects and initiative financial validation and 3P contract application oversight.
The ability to learn and be curious while working through ambiguity in order to think big while inventing and simplifying for process improvement is mission critical.
The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage the finances of a large organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses and financial modeling.
- Contribute to business decisions by providing insightful analysis and methodical consideration for the end-to-end impact to systems, financial controls and ongoing support requirements.
- Identify opportunities and drive automation in existing manual process
- Facilitate financial review meetings with cross functional teams and work with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management.
- Manage the annual financial planning & analysis and quarterly budgeting exercise accurately, completely and in a timely basis
- Develop ad hoc business analysis and present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
- Facilitate the Business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items.
- Earning trust and partnering with key stakeholders and cross functional teams in Field and Central RME along with network leaders in Finance and Operations
- Invent and simply processes to drive efficiency and improvement over current standard work
- Thinking big to deliver scalable solutions to better understand cost and where opportunities exist to improve
- Leveraging internal systems to deep dive financial and productivity results to drive action (QuickSight, PowerBI, SQL, PAX, Cognos, CAMP)

This individual is able to drive network scale initiatives, enforce standard work, review and action purchase requests, develop and lead cost business reviews, and provide ad-hoc analysis on large or ambiguous tasks.

About the team
The team supports the Global RME Central Team, along with NA, EU and ROW field RME across WW Operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results
- Experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.
g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
