This position will closely collaborate with Procurement operations and Global Procurement Services (GPS) to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience.
Interface with key teams including Region & Global Indirect Procurement Team, and Direct Procurement to drive exceptional results.
Mission :
- Lead the global Industrial Means and Supplies category, overseeing a spend of over ₠500 million annually.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies across all regions to drive top-tier service, operational excellence, sustainability, and productivity.
- Lead and develop a strategic sourcing team of 10 direct reports, managing categories across all regions, and contribute to global company initiatives such as Sustainability, Smart Factory, and Carbon Neutrality through partnerships with stakeholders and key partners.
- Foster close relationships with major stakeholders, serving as the single point of contact for high-stakes sites, regions, and functions, ensuring enhanced control and influence on spend and projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define comprehensive category strategies aligned with the company's long-term needs and market trends.
- Support, assist, and challenge global Supply Chain, Business Unit, and Industrialization teams in formulating strategies and addressing strategic needs.
Responsibilities also include :
- Owning and managing the Supplier Orientation Chart globally.
- Driving the delivery of expected savings, quality, and overall supply chain efficiency, productivity targets, and cost savings continuity.
- Sponsoring and overseeing key Industrial Means and Supplies projects across all regions.
- Establishing and overseeing necessary governance processes and maintaining a high level of supplier engagement at the global level.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or Enginering is required, MBA, Master in Procurement, Global Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in procurement or related fields
- Knowledgeable about category management
- Digital mindset
- Well proven leadership skills, maturity.
- Project management and project sponsor experience.
- Very strong stakeholder engagement skill
