A leading Private Equity firm based in NYC is looking for a dedicated, organized, and experienced Executive Assistant to support a Credit Team! The ideal candidate is a professional go-getter who is willing to go above and beyond on all tasks.

Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experienced supporting a large team, and is seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, dynamic and collaborative firm!

In this role you will support a high performing team 18 professionals with priority on assisting 3 4 key team members at the VP level.

The team is friendly, warm, supportive and hard working!

Degree Required

5+ years for Finance experienced required

Midtown

Hybrid : 4 : 1, with flexibly to come onsite 5 days as needed

Hours : 8 : 30 5 : 30pm

Compensation DOE : $100 110k base + OT + disc. Bonus

Responsibilities :

  • Managing complex calendars and inboxes in Outlook
  • Arranging global and domestic travel
  • Tracking and submitting expense reports
  • Assisting with presentations and meeting preparations
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience out of Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knows how to execute, pivot and multi-task quickly
  • Flexible attitude and can get along well with different personalities
