  • 5+ years of demonstrated executive assistant experience in a DoD Program Office or resource sponsor to include understanding of associated processes, protocols, formats, and deadlines
  • Active DOD SECRET security clearance with ability to maintain the clearance throughout employment

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct onsite support to the U.S. Navy Program Executive Office for Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors Directorate's (PEO IWS 2.

0) Major Program Manager (MPM) and Deputy MPM. You must have the ability to work from the Washington Navy Yard at least 4 days per week.

No travel is expected.

You will provide a broad variety of administrative tasks, working closely with the MPM and Deputy to maintain efficient and effective front office operations.

You must be efficient and have strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly, with excellent attention to detail.

You will be expected to complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, and compiling documents for meetings.

You will be expect to plan, coordinate and ensure the MPM and Deputy's schedule is followed and respected while proactively prioritizing conflicting needs.

You will communicate directly, and on behalf of the MPM and Deputy, with program managers and a variety of senior Government and industry stakeholders.

Composing and preparing Navy correspondence is not a requirement for the position.

Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range : $90,000 $120,000.
