We are currently looking for positive, goal-oriented, servant-leaders to help grow our business and ensure our team and guests feel cared for each day.
Built around our four critical success factors - our people, the guest experience, sales growth, and financial stewardship - this position comprises of direct ownership of significant areas of the business within the context of a 2-year development program.
Top candidates will have proven leadership experience demonstrating the ability to effectively coach, develop and work through others.
Previous restaurant experience is not required.

General Requirements :
- Flexible availability Monday - Saturday (6 : 00am - 11 : 00pm)
- Available to work 35-45 hours per week
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
