Responsibilities of the Accounting Assistant :
- Assist with accounts receivable, invoicing, and other accounting tasks as needed.
- Support special projects and reporting, utilizing advanced Excel skills.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the Finance Department.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Requirements of the Accounting Assistant :
- Experience with accounts receivable and invoicing preferred, but open to recent graduates seeking to enter the accounting / finance field.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting / finance
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- High degree of confidentiality and commitment to accuracy.
