What Youll Do :
As an Events Team Member youll be the heartbeat of our event turning ideas into unforgettable experiences. Whether its helping to coordinate local festivals community outreach programs or corporate events youll play a crucial role in making it all come together seamlessly.

Your responsibilities will include :
- isting with the planning and setup of a wide variety of events in the vibrant Madison area.
- Creating a positive engaging atmosphere for guests making sure they leave with great memories.
- Working with vendors partners and event coordinators to ensure smooth operations.
- Participating in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh unique event ideas.
- Supporting onsite logistics from managing registrations to organizing event spaces.
- Troubleing any challenges that come your way with a calm cando attitude.
