Job Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Engineering Head to lead the Plant Maintenance team.
This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians to ensure equipment reliability and safety through preventive and predictive maintenance programs, optimizing maintenance processes to minimize downtime while maximizing operational efficiency and equipment life.
The facilities and plants include sophisticated and modern equipment like turbines, compressors, centrifuges, high pressure steam networks, DCS and many more supplied by the leading manufacturers globally.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical (or) Equivalent.
15 years + of experience in maintenance management including at least 5 years in a managerial role within petrochemical and chemicals plants.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of maintenance professionals.
In-depth knowledge of the best practices and methodologies in maintenance in addition to modern techniques that ensure high reliability, efficiency, and safety.
Proficiency in maintenance management software systems and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a quick decision-making approach.
Sound understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations .
Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and colleagues to achieve the organization’s goals.
