Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs and materials for internal staff and external stakeholders.
Create and maintain communication materials, including presentations, reports, and newsletters.
Provide user support for reports, applications, and tools, managing incoming issues and inquiries.
Assess and prioritize user issues based on urgency, effectively managing complex user situations.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies.
Assist in project coordination and execution, providing support in various tasks as needed.
Proactively identify and solve communication-related issues and challenges as they arise.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of training activities, communication initiatives, and user support interactions.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication people connected.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Proactive and quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new tasks and situations.
Prior experience in delivering training or public speaking.
