Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager, Data Products, to join our dynamic team to build business-enabling products that are powered by data. As a Product Manager, Data Products, you will be responsible for driving the development, delivery, management, and success of data-driven products across the enterprise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize features, and deliver impactful data solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics, data management, agile product management principles, AI technology and a passion for driving data-centric innovation.

Responsibilities :

• Product Development : Lead cross-functional agile teams to design, develop, and deliver data products.
• Product Strategy : Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a data product strategy.
• Product Roadmap : Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Requirements Gathering : Work with business users to understand data-related requirements.
• Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis to identify insights and trends.
• Data Management : Translate business requirements into logical data modeling.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Product Performance Tracking : Define and monitor key performance indicators.
• Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.
• Data Governance : Partner with the data governance team to ensure compliance.
• Leadership : Mentor team members and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications :

Additional Information

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD. Employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan or a role-based sales incentive plan.
