Regional Administrative Assistant II - E17B CW RO
Annual Salary : $40,.56 + 10% pay differential for regional oversight +
Job-related travel is OCCASIONAL. Must posses a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.
Education and Experience :
Requirements at this level consist of five years of technical clerical office work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Responsibilities :
Provides administrative support to the Foster Care and Adoptions Deputy Director and serves as a mentor and backup to fellow Administrative Assistants.
Manages office details and coordinates activities with internal and external customers.
Responsible for general office support and Human Resource duties, which include initiating position announcements, on-boarding new employees, and assisting personnel with HR and payroll issues.
Prepares invoices and payments of claims, requisitions, purchase orders and other fiscal duties. Maintains confidential or complex files.
