Summary :
The Business Administrative Assistant position is an entry level position that works closely with our VP of Operations in a healthcare setting.
The Business Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative task including : managing communication, responsibility for handling confidential documents, making deliveries to clients in the DFW area, ordering breakfast or lunch for meetings, and running errands for executive staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Handles deliveries to Clinics, Hospitals, and other sites.
- Coordinate meals for breakfast or lunch meetings.
- Organizes files, preparing binders and utilizing share folders to maintain key documents.
- Responsible for maintenance of confidential operational information, administrative usernames and passwords, malware prevention and corporate device management.
- Run errands for business needs.
- Coordinate and make decisions regarding administrative matters.
- Acts as a gatekeeper of executive level staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience :
- High School Diploma
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid Drivers License.
Computer Skills :
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
