A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with 3 to 5 years of casualty experience for its Tampa, Florida office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and a desire to contribute to the firm's success.

Duties

  • Represent clients in casualty cases with professionalism and expertise.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
  • Attend court hearings and depositions as required.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in casualty law.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

    • Certifications

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

    • Skills

  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
